Mark Regan has worked as an Elite Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for the past 25 years where his clients’ success stories have been showcased internationally in books and on television. Mark has a passion for helping people reach their full potential. He has helped thousands of people improve their nutrition, fitness, health and athleticism. He is inspired by people who want to sustain optimal health and who to look and feel their very best. He has guided athletes in the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, the Canadian Football League, Canadian University Sports, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and the Canadian Men’s National Baseball team.
Currently, Mark is working diligently to help people avoid the pitfalls of the dieting world. He is educating and inspiring people to use food to nourish and fuel their bodies while helping them create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. He provides customized nutrition and fitness programs for individuals, and leads corporate wellness groups. He is helping people worldwide learn how to take control of their health by using food as their foundation for increasing their energy, decreasing their cravings, improving their mental and physical performance, decreasing inches, losing weight and truly regaining their self-confidence.
In addition to his work helping people improve their health, Mark is a busy father of two children, and in his free time he loves to stay fit and active by exercising, playing baseball, and touch football.
